if you like lots of tech data , tech jargon , and other cool words and diagrams box is THE overrated stuff shimano DX bmx brake is nicer than box equivalent both shimano dx and even, deore lever are nicer than box equal i have stuff by Wise, promax etc , thats considerably nicer than entry box stuff just more crap

After being out of BMX for years I cam to the conclusion it is dead myself, all the sites have gone, the shoes have gone, the brands have gone & it's impossible to find a decent-priced bike to get back into it.

Just bought this model in LHD and it's KILLER!!! Feels incredible riding the streets and the short chainstay I'm happy with. I ain't no big trickster, just a 45yo getting back into it and I'm more than happy with this bike! Alreay go several compliments as well. The bike just stands out with this color.

Wow @Dougsterbob I never comment on RUclips or other social platforms, but I felt I had to comment on this (plus your other reviews). I’m a 52 year old life long bike nut. Since 18 years old I’ve focused on road riding and triathlon, completing 2 Ironman triathlons and 1 half Ironman, plus lots of other sportive rides etc, and probably having ridden over 30,000 miles plus 😮in training. Before I got into what ‘normal’ people would call adult cycling I was a BMX rider from 1982 to 2000. I’ve competed in flatland and ramp riding as the competitions were back in those days, street rode with Dennis McCoy, met Bob Haro, Dizzy Hicks, Eddie Fiola and Bryan Blyther, competed in the 1986 and 1987 BMX world championships and I feel contributed in the UK at the beginning of what is an incredible sport. However to my point, you are sir an incredible resource to new riders on how to understand what they should be looking at in terms of the bike they need to be investing their money into. Bikes and bike manufacturers have progressed massively over time as have their prices and your advice is spot on for people getting into or back into riding - whatever the style they choose. Frame materials and geometry are so important and you do an amazing job of simplifying the choice! New riders pay attention, the advice in these videos is absolutely first class! Keep up the good work my man!

My bars are a weird one. I can do a juicy bar one footer, land perfectly with my foot back on the pedal before I land but I can't just normally bar. Rode scooters for so many years and learned bars the wrong way, so naturally I bar the wrong way on bmx as well. Shit just feels weird

If you mess up a trick and your going to land on the bike in a bad way throw it, dont baby it but if you throw it for no reason, then ur damaging ur bike for absolutely no reason at all
